- Full venue access – includes the use of all 3 suites
- The venue will be available the day prior to the event from 2pm to 10pm
- The venue will be available the day of the event from 8am to 10pm
- All personal items must be removed within one hour of rental completion
- Tables and chairs for up to 120 guests
- Black or white table clothes
- Black or white chair covers (Renter responsible for setup)
- Large suite ambient up-lighting
- Pipe & drape (Up to 50’ of white drape)
- Cash Bar Included (your choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages)
- Drink packages available for purchase – 30 guest minimum required
- Complimentary – Soda, Coffee, Tea, Lemonade and Signature Punch
- Two bottles of Champagne – may substitute for non-alcoholic beverage
- Two bartenders
- Disc Jockey Services – the day of your event only
